Code of Conduct for Angel’s Reach Foundation

Introduction Angel’s Reach Foundation is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for everyone involved in our organization. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected from all members, volunteers, employees, partners, and participants in our programs and activities. By adhering to these guidelines, we ensure that our mission and values are upheld.

 

 

 

1. Scope This Code of Conduct applies to all individuals associated with Angel’s Reach Foundation, including but not limited to:

  • Employees

  • Volunteers

  • Board members

  • Partners

  • Event participants

  • Donors

It governs behavior in all spaces where the nonprofit operates, including in-person, virtual, and online environments.

 

 

 

2. Core Principles

Respect: Treat everyone with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, identity, or beliefs. Discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.

Integrity: Act with honesty and transparency in all dealings related to the nonprofit. Uphold the organization’s mission and values in every action.

Accountability: Take responsibility for your actions and their impact on others. Strive to make decisions that benefit the organization and its stakeholders.

Collaboration: Foster a spirit of cooperation and teamwork. Recognize and value the contributions of others.

Confidentiality: Protect sensitive information related to the organization, its members, and beneficiaries.

 

 

 

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, including verbal, physical.

  • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

  • Abuse of power or authority.

  • Fraud, theft, or misuse of nonprofit resources.

  • Behavior that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others.

  • Actions that conflict with the organization’s mission or values.

 

 

 

4. Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, report it promptly to:

All reports will be handled with confidentiality and professionalism. Retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith is strictly prohibited.

 

 

 

5. Consequences of Misconduct

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings

  • Suspension or termination of membership or employment

  • Removal from events or activities

  • Legal action, if applicable

The appropriate action will depend on the severity and context of the violation.

 

 

 

6. Commitment to Improvement
